Over 20 randomized controlled studies taken from PubMed, PsycInfo, and the Cochrane Databases, involving the techniques of Meditation, Meditative Prayer, Yoga, Relaxation Response have reached the same conclusion - Meditation helps regulate mood and anxiety disorders!
Meditation was found to be as effective as antidepressant drug when treating anxiety and depression!
