M/I Homes Continues Grand Opening Momentum, Swift Sales for Three New Communities with Events on October 4

Building on the momentum of the August grand opening celebrations for its three latest new-home communities, M/I Homes is hosting a second round of special events for single-family home buyers at Arlington Market in Arlington Heights and Stableford in Willowbrook and townhome buyers at Phase II of Mayfair in Naperville.
The events will take place Saturday, Oct. 4, from 2 – 6 p.m. at each of the three communities, and will give prospective buyers the opportunity to tour new model homes, meet with new home consultants and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Additionally, an iPad mini will be raffled off during each event at 4 p.m.
“We had a terrific response at our original grand openings for these three communities, with hundreds of prospective buyers attending,” said Ron Martin, region president for M/I Homes. “Since those events, we’ve also had extremely strong sales. In fact, at Arlington Market alone, we’ve sold seven homes in the first month. With so much interest, we wanted to give buyers another fun opportunity to visit these communities and see what we have to offer. Of course, those who already attended our August grand opening events are invited to come back and bring their friends and family to see these communities.”
Cheryl Bonk, vice president of sales and marketing for M/I Homes, noted the three communities showcase the breadth of M/I Homes’ new-home offerings in the Chicago area. “We pride ourselves on the range of housing styles, locations, floor plans and price points across our Chicago portfolio, and these three communities absolutely exemplify that variety,” she said. “We truly have something for everyone, whether buyers are looking for an urban-style single-family home at Arlington Market, a townhome in a desirable location like Mayfair, or a move-up single-family home community like Stableford.”
She added that buyers attending the Oct. 4 events will also be able to tour decorated models to get a real feel for how floor plans function and match their lifestyle. “For buyers, there’s no substitute for walking through a beautifully decorated model to understand the flow of a floor plan and envision how different options will work for them,” she said. “At each of these events, buyers will have the opportunity to do just that, and also check out some great design ideas and trends to inspire them when they decorate their own home.”
The Oct. 4 events will take place in the sales center and decorated models for each of the three featured communities:
Arlington Market in Arlington Heights
Located just north of the Mariano’s on Northwest Highway, near the heart of downtown Arlington Heights, Arlington Market features 37 single-family homes with distinctive city-style exteriors. Three two-story floor plans are available, measuring from 2,290 to 2,405 square feet and featuring two to three bedrooms and 2½ baths. Homes are priced from $379,990 and include a detached two-car garage, front porch, master suite with private bath and walk-in closet, and a finished basement, per plan. The Arlington Market sales center is located at 46 N. Dryden Place.

Stableford in Willowbrook
Stableford, located in Willowbrook just west of Route 83 and 91st Street, is an enclave of 22 single-family homes in a beautiful wooded setting. Five available floor plans measure 2,278 to 3,097 square feet and feature three to four bedrooms, 2½ to 3½ baths, eat-in kitchens, basements, and dens and lofts, per plan. Homes are priced from $411,990. The Stableford sales center is located at 16W780 Hawthorne Court in Willowbrook, near 91st Street and Clarendon Hills Road.

Phase II of Mayfair in Naperville
Mayfair is a gated townhome community located at Route 59 and Henley Lane, between Ogden Avenue and 75th Street in Naperville. The community’s second phase includes 93 townhomes from M/I Homes’ popular Uptown series, priced from $225,990. Four available floor plans, which measure 1,551 to 1,910 square feet, feature two- and three-level designs and have two to three bedrooms, 1½ to 3 baths and attached two-car rear-loading garages. Homes also include a deck or balcony, master suite with private master bath and walk-in closet, and lower-level bonus room, per plan. The Mayfair sales center is located at 2977 Henley Lane.
