M/I Homes' "It's Moving Time" Promotion Offers 60 Percent Savings on Options

M/I Homes is kicking off the fall home-buying season with a special “It’s Moving Time” promotion that offers buyers significant savings on options and upgrades at the builder’s 19 Chicago-area communities.
Through September 25, buyers at every M/I Homes community will receive 60 percent savings on options and upgrades. Limitations on total value of options eligible for discount apply and vary by community, floor plan and home site.
“This promotion is a terrific opportunity for anyone who’s been waiting for the perfect time to purchase a new home,” said Ron Martin, region president for M/I Homes. “With these savings on options, buyers can maximize their buying power and get all the features and finishes they want most in their new home at an unbelievable price. Because this promotion is only for a limited time, we encourage buyers to act quickly.”
Martin noted the promotional savings apply at all of M/I Homes’ active townhome and single-family home communities in Chicago. “We build homes in some of the most desirable suburbs of Chicago,” he said. “Buyers will enjoy the same savings whether they’re looking at one of our brand new communities that just opened last month, such as Stableford in Willowbrook and Arlington Market in Arlington Heights, or are considering one of our more established communities like Mayfair in Naperville and Sheffield Square in Orland Park.”

Buyers can also apply the promotional savings to select structural upgrades, such as bonus rooms, optional bedroom configurations, luxury master baths and exterior elevation choices.
