New Complete Health Improvement Program Info Sessions
Attend an information session to learn how to prevent, arrest and even reverse common risk factors for lifestyle diseases.
Hinsdale CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program) is holding FREE one-hour information sessions on September 17, 21 and 23 at 7 p.m. at the Hinsdale Seventh-day Adventist Church, 201 North Oak Street.
CHIP is a scientifically proven lifestyle educational program that can help prevent, arrest and even reverse common risk factors for lifestyle diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure. CHIP provides the information, motivation and group support over a three-month period to help participants make positive lifestyle changes and empowers them to play a key role in their own health and wellbeing.
A licensed and certified facilitator, Deborah Ward, MBA, RDN, will deliver and manage the program. Participants will receive a complete toolkit and have access to pre and post proigram blood tests and a report card utilizing their own health care provider.
