Plumber Unpaid In Hinsdale, Files Report: Cops

Village police are labeling the crime theft of labor or services.

HINSDALE, IL – A plumber was contracted to do work in a house in the 100 block of South Adams Street in Hinsdale, police said this week.

The plumber, however, was not paid for the work and has been unable to reach the suspect, according to a police report. The work occurred in June, with the lack of payment reported Friday.

The loss was $9,250. The case was labeled theft of labor or services.
