We blew it! Too much barn-saling and now we don't have room in our booth for all of our found treasures.

Villa and Farm is the sister-brand of Villa Topiary and is located inside Avant Garden MarketPlace, 10711 Ste. Rte. 71, Yorkville, IL. We scour farm, barn and estate sales for those unique and hard to find items to offer farmhouse-style, industrial, vintage and vintage-inspired decor. We love horses so an equestrian theme runs through our booth. Special pricing on select pieces until August 1, 2016. Items will be marked to reflect up to 50% off (not all items will be discounted). The farmhouse heads are NEVER marked down. But they will be today through Sunday.

You only have until Sunday at 5pm to get this pricing so grab a friend and a list and take off for Villa and Farm... it feels like home.
