After graduating from university, Tom McElroy, our guest speaker, obtained a position as the senior loan officer in charge of a mortgage company’s most active branch. At the same time, he also volunteered with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department as a chaplain in men’s, women’s, and youth correctional facilities, giving Christian Science services and one-on-one interviews.

These experiences gave Tom many opportunities to rely on and prove the power of God’s laws of goodness and harmony, which govern all of us and brings immeasurable benefits, even in the most adverse situations. Tom now devotes his efforts to the full-time public healing ministry of Christian Science.
