Townhome Complex On Clarendon Hills Agenda
The new development is expected to improve drainage problems in the neighborhood, an official said.

CLARENDON HILLS, IL – Clarendon Hills trustees plan to vote Monday on a proposal for six townhomes at 421 Park Ave.
The homes would be in the place of Clarendon Chiropractic. The area in question, the village says, suffers major drainage issues.
In a memo this week, Ed Cage, the village's community development director, said a big change to the developer's plan was increasing stormwater capacity.

"This will not solve flooding in the area, but will start to provide more stormwater capacity in this area," Cage said in the memo.
Last summer, Plainfield-based Tranquility Builders first presented its plan to village officials.
