Vacation at Waterfront Marco

My husband and I do. We live in Chicago. We’ve visited Florida at least once a year for decades in addition to traveling the world. We never thought we’d want to live in Florida until we found Marco Island. When you find paradise, you want to share it.

Picture yourself in our house called Waterfront Marco. Everything is right there. Deep water with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico just steps from your bed or the pool.

Imagine, in the large shallow ledge of the pool with the fountain bubbling, an adorable girl playing with her Little Mermaid doll or a boy with his pirate ship shaded by the pool umbrella. We invite you to take dozens of postcard perfect pics of your family enjoying the custom pool.

In winter, Marco Island transforms snowbirds from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois into friendly neighbors. In the summer, the island hosts visitors from the Netherlands, England, Germany and all over Europe and the World.

Experience complete happiness. Wake up in the morning, put on your robe and walk out your master bedroom door to your beautiful pool. Grab your tea or coffee and sit on the dock watching the sunrise over the canal filled with fish, manatees and dolphins. Eventually you’ll get dressed or put on your bathing suit. You’re on island time now.

The possibilities are endless. Rent a boat or jet ski and dock it on one our our two boat lifts. Bike to the beach or anywhere on the 4 by 6 mile island with a soft white sandy shore that you can see from space. Go kayaking, stand up paddle boarding (SUP) or simply read a book by the pool.
