15-Year-Old Charged With Armed Robbery, Discharging Firearm: Homer Glen, Lockport Police Reports

Homer Glen

Retail Theft

  • Matthew Seidel, 31, of Burr Ridge; and Stevo Stojsavljevic, 25, of the 16100 block of South Codo Drive, were arrested Sept. 26 at Meijer, 14169 Bell Road, for felony retail theft.

  • Brandon Teske, 23, of Lemont, was arrested Sept. 28 at Davidson Sports Bar, 14136 S. Bell Road, for disorderly conduct.

Lockport

  • A 15-year-old was arrested Sept. 30 in the 300 block of Princeton for armed robbery and aggravated discharge of a firearm. The victim who was robbed said he was meeting the 15-year-old for a deal made on OfferUp to sell an Xbox, a game and controller. At the time of the deal, the 15-year-old and another male told the victim he was going to take the game to be sure it worked before he paid for it. A struggled ensued between the two groups, and the 15-year- old and his friend took off running with the console. The victim began running after them when he observed the boys with a handgun. Three to four shots were then fired into the air, and the victim ran back to his vehicle and called 911. The 15-year- old was later questioned in the area of Robin Lane and Fairmount Avenue. He was positively identified and was taken into custody. He was charged and taken to River Valley Juvenile Detention Facility. Deputies were unable to locate the other offender.
