275 Hemp Plants Stolen From Homer Glen Farm: Sheriff

Someone illegally entered the property and stole the plants from four greenhouses, police said.

HOMER GLEN, IL — 275 hemp plants were stolen from a Homer Glen farm Nov. 4, according to police reports from the Will County Sheriff's office. Police said an employee of M&D Farms, 14946 S. Bell Road, arrived at work to find the plants stolen.

According to police, someone illegally entered the property and stole the plants from four greenhouses. The offenders then drove a car from the greenhouses and headed north to Founders Crossing and Bell Road to enter and exit the property.
