Cop On A Rooftop Fundraiser Returns To Lockport On May 15

LOCKPORT, IL — Cop on a Rooftop, the Law Enforcement Torch Run fundraising event for Special Olympics Illinois, will return on May 15 to Lockport Dunkin' locations.

Lockport Police officers will be at 730 S. State St. and 1069 E. Ninth St., from 5 to 10 a.m. for the fundraising event. Officers will be perched on the rooftops collecting donations, the department said.

This is the 23rd anniversary of the partnership of Dunkin' and the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois. Fundraising events are held at Dunkin' locations across the Chicago area.
