DUI, Burglary: Homer Glen, Lockport Police Reports
Will County Sheriff's Office police reports through July 29.
The following information is from the Will County Sheriff's Office. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Homer Glen
- James Durant, 35, of Palos Heights, was arrested July 25 at 159th Street and South Parker Road and charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane use, and operating an uninsured vehicle.
- The front glass door of Eddy's Tobacco, 12147 W. 159th St., was broken out with a pickaxe on July 28. 40 cartons of cigarettes were stolen.
- Toni Abu Nada, 32, of the 16700 block of Parker Road, was arrested in the 14000 block of South Pheasant Lane on July 28 and charged with battery.
- Someone slashed three tires on a truck parked in the 13000 block of West Breanne Lane on July 29.
Lockport
- Someone broke off the side mirrors and ripped off the gas access door of a car in the 200 block of Robson on July 23.
- Two men were seen keying two cars parked in a driveway in the 300 block of Geissler Drive. Scratch marks ran from front to back on both vehicles and the side mirrors were also broken off both cars.
