Dunkin' Burglarized In Homer Glen: Sheriff

A deputy was conducting a business check at the Dunkin' at 3 a.m. Tuesday, when he saw the drive-thru window had been pushed in.

HOMER GLEN, IL — The Dunkin' at 14135 Bell Road in Homer Glen was burglarized overnight on Tuesday, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office.

A deputy was conducting a business check at the Dunkin' at 3 a.m. Tuesday, when he saw the drive-thru window had been pushed in. He looked inside, and saw a broken coffee mug on the floor, the sheriff's office said.

Additional deputies arrived to assist, and saw that the office area had been ransacked, and computers, paperwork, gift cards and a copy machine had been strewn about the office, the sheriff's office said. A small amount of cash was also stolen from the office.

No suspects were located inside the store, according to police.

The burglary continues to be investigated, police said.
