Halloween Costume Swap Planned At Homer Library

The event will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at the library, 14320 W. 151st St., on Oct. 9.

HOMER GLEN, IL — Just in time for the spooky holiday, the Homer Township Public Library will hold a free Halloween costume swap on Monday.

The event will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at the library, 14320 W. 151st St., on Oct. 9.

Residents can come browse the collection of gently used and free costumes, according to the library.

If you're interested in donating, donations will be accepted at the library until Oct. 8. Donations are not required to shop, the library said. When you donate a costume, you will receive an early admission ticket to shop from 4 to 5 p.m. on Monday.

The program is in partnership with local realtor Dan Kenney, the library said.
