Homer Glen Home Invasion: Suspects Flee After Threatening Owner
According to police, three men entered the victim's residence, displayed a handgun and demanded cash.

HOMER GLEN, IL — A home invasion reported in Homer Glen occurred on Dec. 30, the Will County Sheriff's Office said. Nothing was stolen and no one was harmed during the incident. Police said the home invasion was reported at 9 a.m. Dec. 30 in the 14000 block of South Suffolk Court.
According to police, three men entered the victim's residence, displayed a handgun and demanded cash. The three offenders were described as black males in their mid 20s, average builds, and they were all wearing heavy coats, gloves and ski masks.
Police said shortly after threatening the home owner, the men became startled and fled from the residence without taking any money and without harming the victim. Police searched the area but were unsuccessful in locating the offenders.

Will County Sheriff's Office said there are no suspects in custody at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
