Homer Glen, Lockport Trick-Or-Treating Hours Announced

HOMER GLEN-LOCKPORT, IL — Both the Village of Homer Glen and the City of Lockport have announced that trick-or-treating hours will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.

If residents are uncomfortable with handing out candy, they should not turn on their porch light, the city of Lockport said. The city also shared a non-participation sign for residents to download, print and post on their front door.

While trick-or-treating is just one way to celebrate the holiday, there are other options, including pumpkin patches and corn mazes. To help decide which to visit, Patch compiled a list of the best ones in the area.
