Homer Glen Man Sexually Abused Teenager: Will County Sheriff

HOMER GLEN, IL — A Homer Glen man has been charged with two felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim between the ages of 13 and 17, the Will County Sheriff's Office told Patch.

Anthony Demaso Jr., 31, of Homer Glen, is in custody at the Will County Sheriff's Office Adult Detention Facility after a warrant was issued for his arrest last month.

The sheriff's office said preliminary investigation shows that Demaso sexually abused a victim multiple times at his Homer Glen home in January 2025.

The sheriff's office said Demaso is being charged with two felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse because the victim is between the ages of 13 and 17, and Demaso is at least 5 years older than the victim.

The sheriff's office said that, as always, all charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
