Homer Glen Plans Trunk Or Treat

HOMER GLEN, IL — If you're looking for a different way to trick-or-treat, you can head out to the village's Trunk or Treat event at village hall. The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 26 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the village hall parking lot, 14240 W. 151st St.

The village said the event is free, and you can wear your costumes and trick-or-treat at candy-filled car trunks. If your vehicle is participating in the event, you should arrive at village hall for check-in by 2:30 p.m. You can sign your car up online.

Participating cars should be prepared to provide store-bought wrapped candy or small toys for kids.
