Homer Library Plans Accessory Swap

HOMER GLEN, IL — If you're looking for new ways to sparkle in the new year, you can head out to Homer Township Public Library's Bling It On: Accessory Swap on Jan. 17.

The free event will be held at the library from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., or until all items are gone.

The library said on its Facebook that it is still currently accepting donations of costume jewelry, scarves, belts, bracelets, pins, purses, necklaces, earrings and accessories for the event. All donations must be clean and in good condition.

According to the library, if you donate items, you'll be able to enter the swap early at 10:15 a.m. with your early access pass.

Donations will be accepted until Jan. 15.
