LOCKPORT, IL — A small fire in the attic of an apartment building in the 1300 block of Argo on Sunday has caused several tenants to relocate. According to the Lockport Fire Protection District, the fire was contained to the attic of the building around 8 p.m. Sunday.
However, tenants had to be relocated with the help of the Red Cross because utilities had to be disconnected in the aftermath of the fire, Chief Paul Hertzmann told Patch.
