Lockport Burglar Caught On Camera, Police Seek To ID Suspect
The suspect broke into a home in the 1900 block of State on Wednesday morning.
LOCKPORT, IL — A man who broke into a Lockport home was caught on camera by the homeowner's 'Ring' doorbell camera. Lockport Police said they are trying to identify the man who broke into a residence in the 1900 block of South State at 10:14 a.m. May 2.
The doorbell camera also recorded video, in which you can see the man kick down the door and go inside. Police said items were stolen from inside the home.
Police said they canvassed the area after the incident and spoke with businesses in the area, but were not able to find the suspect.
