Lockport Man Dies After Motorcycle Crash: Coroner

LOCKPORT, IL — A Lockport man has died after a crash on July 4 in Lockport. Christopher Dennis, 26, was pronounced deceased at 12:19 a.m. July 4 at the Silver Cross Hospital emergency room, the Will County Coroner's Office said.

According to the coroner's office, Dennis was the driver of a motorcycle which collided with another vehicle at South Highland Ridge Circle and West Vista Lane in Lockport.

An autopsy showed Dennis sustained multiple injuries, and the final cause and manner of death will be determined at a later date, the coroner's office said.

Lockport Police continue to investigate the incident.
