Man Takes Own Life At Homer Glen Intersection: Sheriff

HOMER GLEN, IL — A man took his own life in Homer Glen Thursday night at the intersection of Bell Road and Martingale Lane, the Will County Sheriff's Office said.

Residents had reported police activity in the area on Thursday, where the man had parked his car in the intersection. According to police, deputies attempted to talk to the man, who was having a mental health crisis, before he took his own life.
