Over 100 Cigarette Cartons Stolen From Homer Glen Tobacco Store: Police Reports

60 cartons of Newport cigarettes and 45 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes were stolen from Eddy's Tobacco.

HOMER GLEN, IL — Over 100 cartons of cigarettes were stolen from Eddy's Tobacco in Homer Glen. According to Will County Sheriff's Office police reports, deputies arrived to the business at 12147 W. 159th St. on July 29 for an activated alarm.

When officers arrived, they saw a rear window of the business had been broken out, according to the report. 60 cartons of Newport cigarettes and 45 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes were stolen from the business.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the incident, according to Will County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Kathy Hoffmeyer. No arrests have been made.
