Over 5,000 Without Power In Homer Glen, Lockport After Storms

HOMER GLEN-LOCKPORT, IL — Reports of damage and downed branches and trees have come in from across the south suburbs after severe storms moved across the area Monday. According to the ComEd outage map, over 5,000 people are without power in Homer Glen and Lockport.

In Homer Glen, 329 are without power, 218 have been affected in Homer Township and 657 have no power in Lockport Township. A large outage has also been reported in Lockport, and 4,749 are without power in the city.
