Phone Stolen, Residential Burglary: Homer Glen, Lockport Arrests

Will County Sheriff's Office police reports for Homer Glen and Lockport.

The following information is from the Will County Sheriff's Office. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Lockport

  • An unknown person entered the parking lot of RDR Auto Sales, 2605 S. State St., on June 14 and removed five batteries from two trucks by cutting the wires from the battery terminals.
  • Caitlyn Guenard, 29, of the 200 block of McCameron, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highland Avenue on June 15 for residential burglary.
  • Robert Kittle, 59, of the 14500 block of South Archer Avenue, was arrested at Smith Road and Archer Avenue on June 17 for criminal trespass to property and resisting a police officer.

Homer Glen

  • A male suspect entered Verizon, 14124 S. Bell Road, on June 14 and asked to see a red iPhone 8 plus. As the employee went into the back room, he also asked to see a gold iPhone 8 plus. The employee was in the back room when she looked out and saw the suspect removing the security sensor off the display iPhone. The employee shouted at the man, who took the phone and walked out the door. A witness reported that they observed the man get into an older model green Pontiac Bonneville.
