Police Seek Witnesses To Fatal Homer Glen Crash

Two people were killed in the accident, which occurred around 9:50 p.m. on 143rd Street, 1/4 mile east of Creme Road.

HOMER GLEN, IL — The Will County Sheriff's Office is looking for witnesses of a fatal crash that took place Dec. 23 in Homer Glen. Two people were killed in the accident, which occurred around 9:50 p.m. on 143rd Street, 1/4 mile east of Creme Road.

According to the sheriff's office, a 2001 silver Mitsubishi Eclipse and a 2012 black Cadillac CTS struck each other head-on causing both drivers to lose their lives. Simone Radde, 18, of Homer Glen, struck a car driven by Allan Wisniewski, 26, of Lemont, both died in the accident. Radde was pronounced dead at 10:48 p.m. Wisniewski died at 10:22 p.m.

Police said initial reports indicate that the Cadillac was traveling westbound on 143rd Street at a high rate of speed in the eastbound lane and when it crested on the hill it struck the Mitsubishi head-on.
