Retail Theft, No License: Lockport Police Reports

The following information is from the Lockport Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Retail Theft
- Michele Jaworowski, 38, of Wilmington, was arrested Oct. 28 for retail theft. Jaworowski was stopped by Walmart Loss Prevention for theft of $80 worth of merchandise. Jaworowski was arrested and taken in custody by the Lockport Police. She was released on a personal recognizance bond pending her local court date.
No Valid Driver's License

- Alexander Lambert, 20, of Joliet, was charged with no front plate, no valid driver's license, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct 30. Lambert was stopped after driving with no front plate at 13th and State. A license check revealed he did not have a license. He was then released pending his Will County court date.
Suspended Driver's License
- Sheila Jones, 56, of Steger, was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding on Nov. 1. She was stopped at Ninth and Eighth streets for speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted on her vehicle and after a license check, it was learned she had a suspended driver license. Jones was released pending her Will County court date.
