Southwest Community Concert Band Holds July 4th Concert In Homer Glen
The band, in its 43rd season, will hold a concert at Annunciation Byzantine Catholic Church.
HOMER GLEN, IL — Celebrate America's 250th anniversary with the Southwest Community Concert Band, which will hold a 4th of July Stars & Stripes Concert in Homer Glen on July 4.
The concert will feature open lawn seating at Annunciation Byzantine Catholic Church, 14610 S. Will Cook Road, in Homer Glen. The concert begins at 4 p.m.
Band President John Trzesniak told Patch that the Southwest Community Concert Band is in its 43rd season.

"This is our first concert with the church and we're very excited for it to be the 4th of July concert! We're very much looking forward this 'Concert on the Lawn' event," Trzesniak said.
Guests can bring their own blankets and chairs for the concert. Parking is available for $5.
