Stolen Car, Retail Theft: Homer Glen Police Reports
Will County Sheriff's Office police reports through Jan. 14.

The following information is from the Will County Sheriff's Office. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Car Burglary
- A 2008 Infinity G35 was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 16000 block of South Syd Creek Drive on Jan. 9. The car was unlocked and the key fob was inside the vehicle at the time of the theft.

- An unknown person entered a home in the 15000 block of West 151st Street on Jan. 10 and stole a 55" TV.
Retail Theft
- Samantha Ohse, 21, of Plainfield, was arrested Jan. 14 at Meijer, 14169 S. Bell Road, for felony retail theft, possession of cannabis under 10 grams and possession of drug equipment. Deputies came to the store at 9:11 a.m. Jan. 14 and loss prevention employees had been watching Ohse fill her backpack with merchandise, leave the store without paying, place the items inside her vehicle, and then return to the store and do it again. Ohse made several trips and was detained from leaving the store. Items stolen included a shower curtain, five Corelle lunch plates and dinner plates, eight bowls, paper towel holder, napkin holder, coasters, cable fabric, Brita filters, pillowcases, sheet set, candles, hand soaps, razors, shower curtain liner and hooks. Total value $446. When deputies went to her vehicle to retrieve the stolen merchandise they discovered the cannabis and drug equipment.
