Touch-A-Truck, LockRocks Concert Planned June 2 At Dellwood

LOCKPORT, IL — Summer fun has begun, and there's lots to do in Lockport. The Lockport Township Park District will hold a touch-a-truck event on June 2 at Dellwood Park.

Families can head out to the event from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and kids can explore trucks and vehicles from different agencies. There is also a noise-free sensory friendly house from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., according to the park district.

Later that evening, at 6:30 p.m., the first LockRocks concert of the summer will be held at Dellwood Park. SunFallen will play until 8 p.m., followed by The Country Night from 8:30 to 11 p.m.

There is a beer garden and food available at the concert as well.
