South Suburban PADS To Celebrate Homewood Expansion With Ribbon Cutting

The organization will hold the ceremony Wednesday, Aug. 26 at its new Homewood location.

HOMEWOOD, IL — South Suburban PADS (SSPADS) will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. to celebrate the opening of its expanded footprint at 950 W. 175th St., Homewood.

This expansion "represents a major milestone in SSPADS' mission to provide shelter, supportive services, and pathways to housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout the Southland," the organization said in a release. The additional space enables SSPADS to serve more people with dignity and compassion while addressing the growing need for integrated housing, health, and supportive services.
