While your students grapple with relinquishing the freedoms of summer and gaining the additional responsibilities of the school year, you’re charged with the added stress of making sure it happens smoothly—all while being away from your child.

Return to a Routine
From mealtime to bedtime, it is important that your student begins to reestablish their school year routines. Not only do regular meal and sleep patterns promote the healthy bodies and minds that will allow them to excel academically, but abiding by a structured schedule at home will ease the transition of readapting to a structured classroom setting.
