DUI
Marshall Clark, 24, of the 1300 block of Hickory Road was stopped in the 1300 block of Hickory Road at 1:11 a.m. on July 25 and cited with improper lane usage, improper turn, one headlamp, driving under the influence of alcohol - blood alcohol concentration .08 or more and possession of drug equipment.

Retail Theft
Matthew Crusing, 26, of Frankfort was charged with retail theft at 7:59 a.m. on July 26 in the 17500 block of South Halsted. Crusing concealed items and passed the final point of purchase without making payment for the items which had a total retail value of $54.98.

Battery
Shirley Davis, 47, of Chicago was charged with battery at 8:29 a.m. on July 27 in the 18100 block of Cherrywood Lane. Davis is alleged to have made physical contact with another person, resulting in a small abrasion on their arm.
