State Senator Toi Hutchinson spent a week representing the 40th State Senator District in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Democratic National Convention.
In the Daily Journal, State Senator Hutchinson said, "It was a wonderful mix of inspiration and policy. Laying out the case for where we are and the plan for where we are going."
