Parker Coach Chosen for IBCA Award

Parker Junior High School’s 8^th grade boys basketball coach, M. Ryan Grelecki, has been chosen by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) as the District #8 Co-Coach of the Year. The IBCA honors the oach of the Year from Illinois’ twenty-one districts at the annual Hall of Fame Banquet, which will be held at the Student Union Ballroom, Illinois State University, on Saturday April 27, 2013. At this time, Mr. Grelecki will be presented, along with fellow recipients, with this distinguished award from the IBCA, which recognizes his outstanding accomplishments.

 This season, Mr. Grelecki and co-coach Mr. Russ Prince lead the 8^th grade boys’ team to conference and sectional victories. The team headed to Peoria for the state’s Elite Eight competition in January. Congratulations to Mr. Grelecki on this fine achievement!
