Popcorn, Puzzles, and Perfume Featured at Science Showcase
St. Joseph Parish School hosts Open House and Science Showcase this Sunday, January 27.
Have you ever wondered which brand of popcorn pops the most popcorn or which perfume lasts the longest or who in your family can put a puzzle together the fastest? If you have, you can find out the answers at the St. Joseph Parish School's Open House and Science Showcase this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 17949 Dixie Highway in Homewood.
These three projects designed by sixth grader Kendall Johnson, seventh grader Jasmine Jackson, and sixth grader Jalen Harrison are three of the many science experiments and projects from students in preschool through eighth grade that will be featured at the event.
During the Open House, families can explore the school and visit the new state-of-the-art Sister Nancy Fischer Science Lab which will be formally dedicated in her honor for her 33 years of dedication and achievements during her tenure as principal of the school.
