Mother's Day Restorative Yoga

Celebrate Mom a day early with a deeply nourishing restorative yoga experience. While this workshop honors mothers, it is truly for everyone. Moms, daughters, aunts, friends, and anyone seeking rest, connection, and care are warmly welcome.

Join Liz for a two-hour workshop designed to gently support the body, calm the mind, and open the heart. This practice will be rooted in restorative and yin yoga, offering long-held, supported postures that allow the body to release tension, soften deeply held patterns, and invite true rest.

Throughout the session, you will be guided through breathwork and meditation centered on cultivating love and compassion for yourself. With a focus on the heart and throat chakras, this practice encourages emotional release, authentic expression, and a deep sense of inner peace and connection.

The experience will also include a soothing sound bath with a gong and crystal singing bowls, allowing the body and nervous system to settle into deep relaxation while supporting energetic balance and integration.

We will close with an extended relaxation period, including an aromatherapy head and scalp massage, providing a final layer of grounding, comfort, and care.

This workshop is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and receive. A perfect gift for yourself or a woman you love.

You are invited to come dressed comfortably, bring your yoga mat, and wear anything that helps you feel comfortable when lying down. Pillows, blankets, a sleeping bag... the sky is the limit. Plan to bring a sweater or wrap to keep warm while you rest.
