The Cancer Support Center: Cancer Survivor Day: Treat Yourself to a Morning of Wellness

Homewood: Saturday, September 13, 9-12 p.m.

Morning includes: ongoing chair massages, balance and strength screenings, interactive food demonstration that combats fatigue, chair yoga with deep breathing/meditation and a presentation on reducing the likelihood of recurrence through strength and energy building activities. The Cancer Support Center gives strength, guidance, and support to anyone living with a cancer diagnosis, as well as to their loved ones. We do this as a community-based, volunteer-driven, donor-supported organization. Our programs, resources, and services are always delivered by professional therapists, counselors, nutritionists, and experts; and are provided in a warm, welcoming and nurturing setting at no cost to participants.
