College Board Announces Changes to AP U.S. History Coursework and Exam

The last few years have brought about a number of changes to the coursework and testing standards in our classrooms. From the implementation of the new Common Core standards to the revamping of the SAT, parents and students have been given a lot to adapt to.
Those changes don’t appear to be stopping just yet, as College Board has announced a complete redesign of its Advanced Placement U.S. History program. Needless today, the history buffs among our students will have much to look forward to this fall.
The revised AP U.S. History course will draw on significant changes in the following areas:
