Congrats Flossmoor

I would like to thank the residents of Flossmoor for making a wise decision on April 4th this year. Re-electing Mayor Braun shows the community values stability and hard work. As a 20 plus year resident of Flossmoor I am very proud of how the Mayor Braun has lead Flossmoor over the last 8 years.

He is an honest government leader that has worked hard to bring economic development to the community as seen with the opening of the new Meijer store on Vollmer Road. I have also dealt with Mayor Braun on many real estate transactions as a 17-year real estate broker in the community. Mayor Braun always has the residents best interest when it comes to owner’s property rights. Having worked in many of the surrounding communities I can tell you Flossmoor is a joy to work and sell real estate in compared to many neighboring communities.

I am proud that our Illinois Realtors Association took action in support of Mayor Braun. It shows leadership and commitment to what has been an excellent track record for the Village of Flossmoor in dealing with real estate matters in the village. I served as a Flossmoor Community Relations Commissioner for over 9 years and saw first hand how Mayor Braun is committed to serving new and long-term residents alike.

I have been reading some negative press that has come out against the Flossmoor elections results. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and feel it important to share mine as a positive in the community.
