Crash Forces Traffic Off Bishop Ford at 159th Street
A "crash with entrapment" was reported on the Bishop Ford Expressway near 159th Street Friday afternoon.

SOUTH HOLLAND, IL - Traffic in both directions on the Bishop Ford Expressway is being forced off at 159th Street as the Illinois State Police investigate a crash that occurred between there and Sibley Boulevard just before 3 p.m. Friday.
The traffic will remain diverted until at least 5:30 p.m., according to WGN-TV Traffic, which has a helicopter providing photographs of the backups via its Twitter account.
A "crash with entrapment" was first reported in the area by WGN around 2:50 p.m. Backups in the inbound lanes (where the crash occurred) began immediately as far east as Torrence Avenue.

One lane was getting by until State Police arrived to investigate.
It is not immediately known whether there are any injuries associated with the crash.
