Dawn Grant named Manager of Communications Center and Central Transport at Advocate South Suburban Hospital

Advocate South Suburban Hospital is pleased to announce Dawn Grant, of Highland, IN, has been named Manager of the Communications Center and Central Transport, effective December 1, 2016.

In this role, Grant will manage and monitor the communications center and switchboard, patient escort services and language/interpreter services.

She will oversee all voice communication system services and equipment for the hospital campus. In addition, Grant will plan and manage Patient Escort activity to ensure courteous, timely patient transport.

Grant’s 25 years of experience in telecommunications include several roles at Advocate. She has served as Coordinator of Communications at South Suburban for the last 14 years, supervising the 24/7 operations of the switchboard and communications equipment, as well as language services.
