Dear Reader,
I read this quote this week and absolutely loved it: “De-cember, de-clutter, de-tatch, and de-lete anything that de-values your life.”
As the end of the year approaches, take some time to consider what you are ready to release and how you might initiate the process of letting go.

Try This | To create a soothing warm bath, dissolve 2 cups of Epsom salt in warm running water. As the tub fills, add 5–10 drops of lavender essential oil. Dim the lights and soak for 15–20 minutes, allowing the magnesium from the Epsom salt to absorb into your skin, relieving muscle tension and calming your nervous system. Focus on slow, deep breaths to maximize the bath’s calming effects.
What can you release this December?
