🖤 deep breathing, crying, and sharing openly to help process my emotions more gently.
Grief is an experience we share as humans but one that often isolates us. In sharing here, I hope that the next time you find yourself grieving, you will remember that you are not alone. We are in this together, grieving in our own ways. There is no right way to grieve. All we can do is take life one moment and one breath at a time.
Give someone you love a big hug. Hold them a little tighter, and tell them how you feel.
With love and gratitude,
Liz
