Election Day, Flashlight Egg Hunt, and Homewood Schools Fundraiser

The Board meeting scheduled for Monday, April 4, 2011 has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Flossmoor Village Hall.

(Friday, April 8)

Head over to for this Friday for this twist on the traditional egg hunt. For kids three- to eight-years-old, a trail of Easter eggs has been left in the forest at Irons Oaks. The event will be held from 7:30p.m. until 8:30p.m. and will require a flashlight.

Registration by April 4 is required and the fee is $10 for residents, $15 for non-residents. To find out more about the event, check out or visit their site.

The  will be featuring performances of "Snow White" on Friday, April 8, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 9, at 7 p.m.; Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m. Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for youths and seniors.
