56th Annual Park Forest Art Fair

The Park Forest Art Fair is the second oldest juried art fair in the Chicagoland region.  The 56th annual fair will be held on Saturday, September 17 and Sunday, September 18 from 10 to 5 in Downtown Park Forest which is located adjacent to Village Hall.  The fair features more than 80 artists from as far away as California and New Hampshire.  Their artworks range from painting, printmaking, photography and pastel to jewelry, glass, wood and fiber arts.  On Saturday, the Village of Park Forest will host a music fest with bands that perform jazz, rock or blues.  On Sunday, fest favorite Patchouli will perform all day.  The fest includes many activities for children such as an art contest and tie dying. While at the fair, visit the Tall Grass Gallery and view an exhibit by Tall Grass artists.
