This year's L.I.T.E. production of Circle Mirror Transformation has been selected to be performed at the 2012 Illinois High School Theatre Festival, held Jan. 5-7 at Illinois State University. Both casts of our H-F production were adjudicated separately and both casts were invited to perform! This marks the seventh consecutive year that H-F has been selected to share a production with the students of Illinois. In preparation for the festival, Director J.R. Rose will hold two encore performances at the Mall Auditorium for a suggested donation of $5/person on Wednesday, Jan. 4:
• Cast A at 6 p.m. (Anna Meehan, Jonny Wheeler, Carly Mayer, Maddie Schmidt & Jack Reed)
• Cast B at 8:15 p.m. (Christopher Kelley, Paul Spaniak, Gloria Petrelli, Jo Schaffer & Bryn Dolan)
In between performances at 7:15 p.m., Rose will show a short documentary film about the production of Circle Mirror. The documentary was created by seniors Bridget Gallagher andSean Dolan.
