South Holland, IL -- For Black History Month, SSC Student Life and the Music Department is sponsoring "Tribute to the Legendary Lady Singers of Jazz, Rhythm & Blues" featuring SSC alumna Rhonda Browne (vocalist) along with some of Chicago's best known Jazz musicians. A special guest performance from the SSC Voices, under the direction of Al Jackson and pianist Douglas C. Ulreich is also planned.
The performance will take place in the Kindig Performing Arts Center on SSC's Main Campus on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 12 Noon.

South Suburban College is located at 15800 S. State Street in South Holland, Illinois, between Sibley Boulevard and 159th Street. The campus is convenient to Routes 94, 80, 57, and 294 and is also accessible by Metra. Free, ample, well-lit parking is available.
